FEMAC maintains a strict No Refund Policy. All payments made to FEMAC for any services, including but not limited to listing fees, subscription fees, and other associated charges, are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If a member chooses to withdraw from FEMAC or cancel their services, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the services. Members who wish to withdraw must follow the proper procedures as outlined in the FEMAC Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any issues or concerns regarding the services provided by FEMAC, members are encouraged to contact FEMAC officials directly. While refunds are not available, FEMAC is committed to ensuring a satisfactory experience for its users and will address concerns to the best of its ability.
